Ultra thick perforated plastic sheet

To make thick perforated plastic sheet is a difficult thing for manufacturers of plastic sheets,because if there is no right scale between the hole size and hole center distance,the perforated sheet will be curved.

CN Perforated Plastics has two ways to make thick perforated plastic sheet. "Thick" is a comparatively conception, it is related with the hole diameter and hole center distance of the perforated plastic sheet. But,usually if the thickness of the plastic sheet is more than 5mm,then we can regard it as thick plastic sheet. To punch round holes on the plastic sheet more than 5mm,we have to get a right proportion among the open rate,hole size and hole center distance of the perforated plastic sheet,among which,the hole size and the hole center distance have great effect or we can say decide the opening rate of the perforated sheet. Generally speaking,the open rate is ver important for the perforated products.

Therefore,in theory,the thicker the plastic sheet is,the bigger the hole should be or the bigger the hole center distance should be. By doing so,we can keep the perfect flatness of the perforated plastic sheet. If you want small holes in a thicker plastic sheet,the other way is to drill the plastic sheet,but compared with the punched sheet,the cost is very high.

There are usually three kinds of plastic sheets you can choose,that is PP sheet,PVC sheet and HDPE sheet. Of course,other plastic sheet is also available. The most significant feature of plastic sheet is corrision resistance,therefore,The perforated plastic sheet can be used for grind seed and spices,ceiling tiles,filter and control gas and fluids,filter air to keep electronic equipment clean and cool etc.
